While we keep up to date with the current situation the below guidelines have been put in place to protect our staff as well as customers. Whilst there have been minor changes, we are running business as usual with quoting and non-contact quoting still available.

What You Can Expect From Sales People And Installers…
We as salespeople and installers, and as a Stratco Dealer will ensure that …
- If the client or salesperson feel unwell with cold or flu like symptoms the customers home not be attended to
- Respect the home environment more than ever
- Will offer ‘contact free’ quoting where applicable and able
- Meet the customer outside the home if able
- Offer to use side access
- Use hand sanitiser prior to entering the appointment
- Will not motion to shake hands
- Use disinfectant wipes on samples and devices
- Have masks and gloves at the salesperson’s disposal
- Once the installation is complete ensure all product is wiped down and plastic film is removed
- Remove rubbish from the site
- Maintain social distancing requirements
- Email any paperwork that doesn’t need to be signed
